GENERAL
By accessing this website, registering your details with us or placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You agree that email can be used as a method of communicating with you. During the registration process, you must enter a valid email address as a user name and choose a password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password. Be Fit USA reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if you breach any of our terms and conditions.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. However, due to the exclusive nature of our products an item may become out of stock.
In rare occasions, the availability of a product may be misrepresented on the website. When we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. We aim to despatch all orders that are in stock within 2 working days. Please however allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.
PAYMENT
We accept online payment in a secure environment by PayFast.
LIABILITY
We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. We may modify any of these terms and conditions, policies or notices at any time by posting the new terms and conditions, policies or notices (the “current version”) on this website. You acknowledge that by visiting our website from time to time you shall become bound to the current version and that you are responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit.
RETURNS POLICY
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of receipt, with all tags attached in the original condition. We regret that no returns will be accepted.
Should there be any issue with the product(s) received, such as production defects or breakages during transit etc. please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, any claims pass this time period will be null and void.
In the event that the size you’ve chosen isn’t a suitable fit, you will be able to exchange by returning the item(s) back to us, using a courier of your choosing. Once the items are received in good order, with the tags attached and in the original condition, we will send the replacement in exchange, without any additional courier costs.

You must have proof of purchase for all exchanges.
When products are returned, please make sure that all the products are in perfect condition and haven’t been washed nor warn. Please make sure that the exchange item(s) are delivered to us within 7 days of notifying us about your desire to exchange the product(s), any returns passed the 7 days will be void and not eligible for a refund.
You may exchange your purchased product for a different size/colour, different item or alternatively request a store credit.
Please note, some items can go out of stock quickly, as a result, we may not be able to always make the desired exchanges, but we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
When shipping back your exchange, note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend shipping your package with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance. Be Fit USA will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
The cost of returning items to us will be the customer’s responsibility; however, the first exchange shipping costs will be covered by Be Fit USA. Should you wish to process a second exchange, shipping charges will be entirely up to you, the customer.
Please note, our returns policy only covers items that have a manufacturing defect and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-Order will be available for ‘Coming Soon’ or popular sold-out styles but for a limited period only. For Pre-Order confirmation the ‘BUY IT NOW’ will be replaced by ‘PRE-ORDER’ button. A Pre-Order will arrive within 15 – 20 working days. However, on certain occasions, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as fabric availability or a backlog from the manufacturer. Delays will be communicated to customers.
Please note that if we’re unable to fulfil a Pre-Order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or store credits will be loaded (as preferred).
